We undertand that purchasing a new home can be a stressful process and we always work hard to offer a personal customer service to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth as possible.

Regardless of our own efforts in this regard from the 1st April 2010 these customer service requirements became mandatory for all Home builders as part of a new Consumer Code.

The Consumer Code, formed by a number of home warranty bodies, requires all home builders to comply with specific best practice guidelines, which ensure that home buyers are guaranteed an agreed level of service.

These requirements ensure that Home Buyers:

  • Are treated fairly
  • Know what service levels to expect
  • Are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions
  • Know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied
  • Glenmill Homes Ltd has stringent measures in place to ensure that these levels of service are already met and our commitment to you is demonstrated through our Customer Charter which sets out the level of service you can expect from us.
